Refund & Return Policy

At Clothery.in, we follow a print-on-demand business model, which means each product is custom-printed only after an order is placed. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs slightly from regular retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before production starts, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the product goes into printing or production, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@clothery.in with your order number.

If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Returns Eligibility

Since our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Color variation due to screen/display differences
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received an incorrect product (wrong design, size, or item)

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at contact@clothery.in within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Mention your order number
  3. Attach clear images or videos showing the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

4. refunds

Once your claim is verified:

  • We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days (payment gateway dependent)

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Replacement products will be printed and shipped at no extra cost
  • Only one replacement per order is allowed

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • No return shipping is required in most POD cases once proof is verified

7. Order Refusal / Delivery Failure

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer refuses delivery
  • The order fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address
  • The customer is unavailable to receive the order

8. Color & Print Disclaimer

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or printing methods
  • Such variations are not considered defects
