At Clothery.in, we follow a print-on-demand fulfillment model, which means each product is printed and prepared only after an order is placed. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- All products are custom printed after order confirmation
- Order processing time: 2–4 business days
- Processing includes printing, quality check, and packaging
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
2. Shipping Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary based on: 1) Customer location 2) Courier partner operations 3) Weather conditions or regional restrictions

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹1000
- Exact shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India
- International shipping is not available at this time
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking details via email or SMS
- Courier partner tracking link (where available)
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Delays
Clothery.in shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural calamities or force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the customer at the delivery location
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts will not be refunded
- Re-shipping (if possible) may incur additional charges
8. Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears damaged at delivery, please:
- Take clear photos before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Damage claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible
9. Partial Shipments
- In rare cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately
- You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, if applicable
